Freedah is about Self-Love.

Long ago when I was feeling lonely for days, I drove to a farm where locals used to stop and feed a horse. It was a place for interaction, connection, and care. I arrived — no one was there— not even the horse. I felt even lonelier. It seemed like the whole world had emptied. I got back into my car and drove home.

Moments later in the car, I started sensing my own presence. Tears ran down my face. How long had I been neglecting myself and how much empathy and care I needed to continue! Self-love lit up in my thoughts and its meaning was becoming clearer to me. Loneliness began to fade. I felt a sense of belonging and importance. Vibrations shifted, and I was enjoying my own company. That was the beginning of a new stage in my life.

The horse's name was Freedah who later became the birthplace of Freedah coaching. Today, Freedah Coaching serves as a stop-by point for people to connect, share and explore until they can clearly see their path and find their own solutions. It is founded on taking ownership, loving oneself, and committing to thrive. Now, I am deeply grateful for the transformations I’ve experienced in life. With each transition, I recognised a new version of myself which was worth the discomfort of stepping outside my comfort zone.

Freedah Coaching sees the world as a place that belongs to all creatures—humans, animals, plants, and planets—where no one is forgotten, and every part is connected. A world where we all are seen and feel loved. A place we all have a purpose to continue, a responsibility to contribute, and a mission to thrive. Let’s remember children are the seeds and need to be nurtured. Freedah advocates for all children to belong to a loving home and live a cherished childhood. Let’s build this together.
